The former head of sales at Baring Asset Management is to join State Street Global Advisors as its head of UK institutional business.

Andrew Benton will replace Mark McNulty, who had held top roles at SSgA from 2006 until his departure in November, the firm confirmed to FN. McNulty joined JLT Employee Benefits to run its investment solutions unit, the company said in February.
