Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of EasyJet, has launched legal action against Easybroker, an institutional broker and systems provider, over the use of the word "easy" in its name.
The legal action is the latest in a series of cases launched by the Greek entrepreneur. Haji-Ioannou's case against Easyart.com, an online art dealer, recently collapsed when the World Intellectual Property Organisation ruled "easy" was a common word and that no company could claim rights over it.
