Stevens and Mills quit Premier Asset Management

Lord David Stevens, former chairman, and Christopher Mills have sold their shares in UK-listed retail fund manager Premier Asset Management following their decision to resign from its board.

Funds managed for Stevens, Mills and related parties owned nearly 30% of PAM's stock. The stock has now been placed with investment manager Eaglet (now owner of 9.9%) Aberdeen Asset Management (9.9%) and Broker Financial Services (7%) through UK broker Collins Stewart.
