Stockbroker AJ Bell seeks value of up to £675m in IPO

Manchester-based rival to Hargreaves Lansdown is expected to float in early December

AJ Bell, one of the UK’s largest retail fund supermarkets, has set the price range for its stock market listing, valuing the company between £626m and £675m.

The company said on November 27 it is seeking a price of £1.54 to £1.66 for its shares. It will announce final pricing on December 7, with the company’s shares expected to begin unconditional trading on the London Stock Exchange on December 12.
