Stone Harbor Investment Partners, the $8bn (€6.3bn) bond manager set up by former Citigroup fixed income chief Peter Wilby, has hired Pablo Cisilino to its emerging market debt team.

Cisilino joins from Morgan Stanley where he was executive director for trading and sales in emerging markets.
