Chancellor Rishi Sunak has called for concessions from the US on a global digital services tax ahead of a meeting of finance ministers from the G7 group of leading economies in London.

Ministers are meeting on 4 June at Lancaster House in London, with US President Joe Biden’s minimum tax rate plan and arguments over how to tax tech giants likely to be high on the agenda.
