Former LCH chief takes top London job at Japanese bank

Suneel Bakhshi, who stepped down as chief executive last October, re-emerges at Mizuho

Mizuho, the Japanese bank, has turned to a former senior executive at the London Stock Exchange Group to lead its UK-based investment bank.

Suneel Bakhshi, who was chief executive of LCH, the LSE’s clearing house, until he stepped down in October last year, has taken the reins at Mizuho International, the London-based securities and investment banking operation of the Japanese financial  group.
