Two of the biggest support companies active in the capital markets have reorganised their teams in preparation for a deluge of work from distressed companies in need of crisis management and restructuring advice.

Financial Dynamics, named public relations firm of the year at the Mergermarket awards in London late last year, has launched a restructuring and recapitalisation communications practice, which it describes as Europe's first.
