Sutherland Consulting has hired Deutsche Bank's Steven Boyle, as chief executive officer to replace Mark Russell.

Boyle takes over as chief executive and managing director at the specialist consultancy firm, having spent two-and-a-half years at Deutsche. He was most recently head of cash systems, but was also involved in Y2K issues and the integration of Bankers Trust.
