SVG buoyed by Permira performance

The strong showing by Permira’s portfolio companies contributed to a 3.5% rise in net asset value at SVG Capital in the third quarter

SVG Capital, Permira’s biggest investor, saw its net asset value rise 3.5% in the third quarter ended September, helped by a strong showing from the portfolio companies of Permira.

Investment returns rose 4.6%, helping SVG to shrug off negative foreign exchange movements during the period, according to the trading update released on Friday.
