SEB, the Swedish financial services group which got a taste for international expansion with its acquisition of Germany's BfG last year, is buying Bank Ochrony Srodowiska (BOS) of Poland.

The two banks are awaiting regulatory approval for SEB to acquire approximately 30% of BOS.
