Lombard Odier, the Swiss private bank, has launched a new sales team for its asset management division, charged with putting its wares in front of wealthy individuals and their family offices - personal offices that manage and invest their wealth.

The firm announced it has recruited Ahmed Husain to lead the new team. Husain has joined from the family office of Altice Telecom founder Patrick Drahi, where he spent two years. Before that, he was a managing director in wealth management at Goldman Sachs, advising high net worth individuals.
