Swiss prosecutors asked police for information on Credit Suisse CEO – report

Credit Suisse has been at the centre of a scandal since September after reports emerged that it had ordered private detectives to spy on former wealth chief Iqbal Khan

Swiss public prosecutors requested documents on Tidjane Thiam, following a reported spat at the Credit Suisse chief executive’s house last year.

As part of its ongoing investigation into the company’s surveillance of former wealth management boss Iqbal Khan, Swiss authorities asked police for all files related to Thiam and Khan on 26 September last year, according to a report in Swiss newspaper SonntagsZeitung yesterday.
