Symphony boss slams Zoom, launches rival video tool

Demand for video conferencing tools has soared amid global coronavirus lockdowns

The chief executive of Symphony, a communications provider for banks, has taken aim at Zoom, saying the video conferencing tool isn't good enough for the sector.

“Zoom is not fit to be used within the confines of regulated financial services,” Symphony's founder and chief executive, David Gurle, said.
