Systematic trader swaps Morgan Stanley for Millennium

A systematic trader at Morgan Stanley, who was made a managing director last year, has swapped the US investment bank for a post at the $35bn hedge fund Millennium Management.

New York-based Amir Khandani's switch will reunite him with Peter Santoro, Millennium's global head of equities. Santoro joined from Morgan Stanley, where he was the global head of equity trading, in 2017.
