Tatlock to retire from Fiduciary Trust

Fiduciary Trust, an investment management unit of Franklin Resources, said its chair and chief executive officer Anne Tatlock will retire in fall 2006 and that vice chairman James Goodfellow will assume the chairman title following her departure.

Tatlock joined Fiduciary Trust in 1984, was promoted to president in 1994 and became chief executive officer in 1999. She assumed the chair post the following year. She has also been serving as vice chairman and a member at the office of chairman for Franklin Resources.
