TD Ameritrade has named Kerry Peacock, executive vice president of TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage, as a member of its board. Peacock succeeds William Hatanaka, who stepped down earlier this month. She has been with the bank since 1981 and leads its global direct investing business.
