TD Waterhouse is joining the growing business of private wealth management in Europe by entering into a joint online venture with Banque Générale de Luxembourg.

The Luxembourg bank and TD Waterhouse, the world's second biggest discount broker, will offer specialist discount brokerage services across Europe in a market segment that is becoming increasingly crowded.
