Senior figures at TDR Capital are set to face scrutiny from politicians following their takeover of supermarket chain Asda.

Managing partner Gary Lindsay, chief operating officer Blair Thompson, and deputy general counsel Emma Gilks have been summoned to Parliament next week as part of a probe into private equity's impact on the retail sector.
