Tech companies aim to reopen US IPO market

Citigroup, Bank of America and Bear Stearns will lead attempts by two technology companies to resuscitate the US market for initial public offerings (IPO) this week.

DigitalNet and iPayment are hoping to become first US companies to float in more than two months. Citigroup and BoA are managing the proposed $94m (€85m) offering by DigitalNet. Bear is managing a planned $68m offering from iPayment.
