Technology bankers set up investment management company

Stephen Schweich and Patrick Seely, two former technology bankers, have set up a new investment management company called Sea Lion Ventures.

Caledonia, a UK trading and investment company, is backing the new business and holds a 50% stake. Sea Lion Ventures will invest in technology and life science companies that are quoted on European stock exchanges. The main focus will be small cap companies that are undervalued by investors. Several funds will be launched.
