Terra Firma teams up for €400m real estate deal

Parmaco designs and leases schools, offices and healthcare facilities

A consortium led by UK private equity firm Terra Firma Capital Partners has struck a deal to buy Finnish property rental business Parmaco Oy, according to people familiar with the matter.

The transaction values the company at about €400m, the people said. The deal has been signed and could be announced as early as Thursday.
