Morley Fund Management has drafted in Whitehead Mann, one of the world's largest HR consultancies, to carry out psychometric testing of senior staff in a bid to ease its merger with Norwich Union Investment Management.

Staff from both investment houses are still battling to hold on to their jobs in the merged business, but all positions are expected to be clarified in the next few weeks. Some staff, particularly where there is cross-over, have had to reapply for their jobs.
