Monroe Trout, founder and chairman of Trout Trading Management Company (TTMC) and a hedge fund legend, is ceding control of the company to Matthew Tewksbury.

The move, due to take place on April 1, 2002, is a succession plan that will allow Trout to step down from active management and pass on majority ownership to Tewksbury.
