Thames River snaps up staff from US peers

Thames River Capital, a large London fund manager that has been able to grow its assets over the past 18 months, has hired five staff from top US peers in a bid to boost its hedge fund management teams.

The $8.3bn (€5.9bn) London manager's latest recruits, from US firms including Tudor Capital, SAC Capital Advisors and Fidelity Investments, will complement the credit and European equities expertise already at Thames River.
