Bob Maynard, chief investment officer for the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, has joined asset management industry group The 300 Club as its first member from North America. The group aims to raise awareness about the implications of current market issues and behaviours. Its members include chairman Saker Nusseibeh of Hermes Fund Managers and Alan Brown of Schroders. Prior to joining PERSI, Maynard served as deputy executive director for the Alaska Permanent Fund.
