You’re into the second decade of your career in the City and earning a six-figure salary. But come the end of the month you’re more likely to be feeling the pinch than people with half your experience.

Feeling stretched or struggling to make ends meet is the reality for 53% of respondents to the FN City Job Satisfaction Survey. But the feeling is even more common for the 85 City workers with 10 to 20 years' experience in the finance industry who answered the question - only 38% said they were comfortable or had plenty of spare money.
