Asset management trade body cosies up to fintech
When something is cool, everyone wants a piece of it and, despite all the hype, fintech is still very much "on trend". The Fintech Files can exclusively reveal that the Investment Association — the cheerleader and lobby group for the UK asset management sector — seems to be a dedicated follower of financial fashion. It has offered a number of fintechs and regtechs the opportunity to present to its fund managers and is trying to sign them up as affiliate members. Trés chic indeed.
