ABN Amro Rothschild opened for business on July 1 1996 and since then has led over 900 equity market deals worth over $375bn (€256bn).

The joint venture has 154 staff drawn from ABN Amro and Rothschild and operates under a joint chief executive structure, Jan de Ruiter from ABN Amro and Adam Young of Rothschild currently heading the business.
