André Roelants is a busier man than he thought he would be at this time of year. Either that or none of his jobs really stretch him. Being chairman of Dexia BIL, the Luxembourg arm of the Franco-Belgian banking group Dexia, is clearly not enough to keep Roelants occupied.

A few weeks ago he was made acting chief executive of Clearstream, after the abrupt suspension of the imperial André Lussi.
