Thomson Financial appoints new wealth management chief

Thomson Financial, a provider of financial information technology solutions, has appointed Kenneth Wagner chief operating officer for sales, trading and wealth management.

To be based in New York, Wagner will report directly to Lou Eccleston, president of Thomson's sales, trading and wealth management group, which provides solutions to institutional and private client customers. Wagner is a former colleague of Eccleston at Bloomberg.
