Merrill Lynch has become one of the first sellside financial institutions to migrate to financial technology developer Thomson Financial's new FIX-based AutEx network.

AutEx is an electronic database and real time network for trade order indications and executions for securities. It provides access to liquidity for around 1000 fund managers and broker-dealers worldwide. Nearly a million indications are sent over the network each day.
