Deutsche Bank's re-organisation of its global markets business includes not one, but three heads of global asset securitisation.

According to a memo circulated by Anshu Jain, head of global markets, global asset securitisation will be run by a triumvirate of Tamara Adler, the London-based head of the European securitisation group, Jorge Calderon and Phil Weingord, both of whom are based in New York.
