Greenhill, the independent M&A advisory firm, has hired Hugh Tidbury from Deutsche Bank as a managing director in its London office.

Tidbury, who was a managing director and head of Deutsche's European chemicals group, spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank and its previous incarnation Morgan Grenfell. At Greenhill he will continue to focus on advising companies in the chemicals sector.
