Arma Partners, a financial adviser focused on the communications, media and technology sector, has recruited a co-head of private and growth capital as the M&A boutique seeks to expand its private capital market advisory activities.

Arma recruited Broor Spahr van der Hoek as partner from investment bank JP Morgan, where he most recently led the private placements and growth capital business for clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
