Lawyers for Tom Hayes have filed papers at the Court of Appeal setting out reasons for why his 2015 Libor conviction should be overturned.

“We have now submitted the final grounds of appeal to the Court of Appeal. One step closer to overturning Tom’s unjust conviction,” Hayes' lawyer Karen Todner said in a 20 September statement.
