A highly-rated Barclays executive writing research reports on the London Stock Exchange has left the UK lender — the second analyst covering the exchange group to leave a City investment bank in three months.

The departure of Daniel Garrod means that the lead LSE analyst at both of the exchange’s corporate brokers has left in 2018, following Peter Lenardos' exit from RBC Capital Markets in January.
