Dutch mid-market private equity firm Waterland Private Equity Investments is set to open an office in the UK - betting that Brexit will create investment opportunities for the firm.

The decision to open the Manchester office, which will focus on helping lower midmarket companies expand across Europe, came before Britain's vote to leave the European Union.
