AIG life named sole seller of life insurance for RBS
The life insurance arm of American International Group, AIG Life, on Monday was named the sole seller of life insurance products for Royal Bank of Scotland. Following the deal, the five-year arrangement between RBS and UK insurer Aviva has come to an end. (Times)

Polish mobile operator set to raise €1.3bn in mega telecoms float
Play Communications is planning to raise up to €1.3bn by selling 48% of its equity through a Warsaw listing that will likely be the largest float by a European communications company in the last five years.
