Topcall opts for Vienna Stock Exchange

Topcall International, an Austrian communications company which floated on Nasdaq Europe, has been forced to list on its domestic market to improve its liquidity.

The Austrian firm floated on Nasdaq Europe, then called Easdaq, in 1997 and raised Austrian schillings 493m (€36m) in an offer led by Investment Bank Austria. Topcall said it intends to keep this listing "for the time being".
