Totem Market Valuations, the derivatives valuation service, has acquired Dividend Directory (DDL), the owner of the Dividend and Derivatives Directory (DaDD), for an undisclosed sum.

Dividend Directory, which provided dividends forecasts to Totem, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. John Price, founder of DDL, will continue as managing director and will join the board of Totem.
