TP ICAP has hired Daniel Fields as chief executive of the firm’s global broking division. Fields will report directly to TP ICAP’s group chief executive Nicolas Breteau.

Fields is taking over the global broking division from Andrew Polydor, who led both the global broking and energy and commodities divisions. He will return to focusing solely on energy and commodities.
