TP Icap has announced that its chief financial officer, who was key to integrating Tullett Prebon and Icap's voice broking arm after their merger last year, is leaving the interdealer broker little more than a year after joining.

Andrew Baddeley joined Tullett Prebon from Brit Insurance Group in May 2016, according to his LinkedIn profile.
