TPSA sale set back a second time

The Polish government has postponed the €1bn ($888m) equity offering in Telekomunikacja Polska (TPSA), the telecoms operator, for a second time.

The Treasury blamed poor sentiment in the equity markets for the delay, and said that the deal is likely to come through next year. The original deadline of September this year had already been put back to December.
