Buyside traders are looking to quit their jobs or leave the industry altogether amid a burnout crisis in the sector.

An annual poll of 92 trading bosses from global asset managers and hedge funds with $20tn in assets under management found that staff continue to struggle as the industry grapples with job cuts and work-life balance.
