Amundi makes pair of senior appointments
Europe's largest asset manager has appointed a new head of corporate engagement. Stéphane Taillepied, who joined Amundi in 1999 as a financial analyst before being made head of the team in 2002, takes up the role. He will report to chief investment officer Pascal Blanqué. Separately, Amundi has appointed Alexandre Drabowicz as deputy head of equity investment platform, which includes European, Japanese and global equities, volatility products and convertible bonds. He was previously head of equities investment specialists for the fund manager and in his new role, Drabowicz reports to head of equity investment platform Diego Franzo.

BNP Paribas funds arm appoints first data chief
BNP Paribas Asset Management has named Christophe Bonnefoux as its first ever chief data officer. He is based in Paris and reports to chief operating officer Fabrice Silberzan. In his new role, Bonnefoux will have responsibility for managing data, setting out a data quality management framework and promoting the use of data management tools across the business.
