New Barclays equities chief makes first senior hire
Stephen Dainton, the former Credit Suisse co-head of Emea global markets who now run Barclays' equities business, has made his first senior hire since starting that role in September. Daniel Nehren has joined as head of statistical modelling and development in the equities team. Previously head of equity execution for asset management at Citadel, Nehren has also worked at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan.

Ex-T Rowe Price international head takes fresh advisory role
Todd Ruppert, who spent 27 years at T Rowe Price and set up and led the $991bn asset manager's international and investment services businesses before leaving in 2012, has joined Money360, a technology-based direct lender in the commercial real estate lending space. A long-standing venture investor in the fintech sector, Ruppert joins Money360's advisory board.
