Trading Places: Brevan Howard opens new office, KPMG won’t cut UK staff, Barclays’ pay gap widens

Brevan Howard opened its newest office in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, to expand its presence in the Middle East. The office, which will host more than 100 staff, is based in the Al Sarab Tower, part of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, the city's financial district.

Millennium hired a former Goldman Sachs vice president Winny Patel as a managing director to head the firm’s operations in India. At Goldman, Patel was a vice president of the firm’s liquidity and cash management operations from July 2015 to September 2016, before joining Morgan Stanley.
