Citigroup hired a senior JPMorgan banker to lead its debt capital markets business in Europe as the US investment bank continues to shake-up the business. Rob Cascarino will join Citigroup as co-head of DCM for the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will lead the team alongside Uday Malhotra, who was previously head of loans and leveraged finance in the region.
