ICG brings in first US non-exec
The €27.2bn specialist asset manager has hired Amy Schioldager as its first US-based non-executive director, effective from January 25. Schioldager previously spent 25 years at BlackRock where she was most recently head of beta strategies. She also launched the firm's first exchange-traded fund portfolios in 1996, which led to the creation of BlackRock's $1tn iShares business.

UniCredit makes senior markets hire
UniCredit's corporate and investment banking division has appointed Algis Pabacius as its new head of markets sales. Pabacius most recently worked at Crédit Agricole, where he lead global financial institutions sales for fixed income products and equity derivatives. Prior to that he worked at Bear Stearns and Nomura International. At UniCredit he will report to Guy Laffineur, global head of markets at UniCredit CIB.
